Terms of Service

By creating a SendWay account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

SendWay is a SaaS platform that connects ecommerce stores to courier accounts, imports orders, generates shipping labels, and syncs tracking information. We act as software provider only — we are not a courier, fulfilment centre, or party to your shipping contracts.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Overage charges for exceeding plan limits are billed in the following cycle.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your account becomes read-only until a subscription is selected. You can export your data at any time during or after the trial.

You may not use SendWay to: ship illegal or prohibited items; generate fraudulent labels; abuse or overload the platform; reverse-engineer or scrape the service; or use the platform for any unlawful activity.

SendWay and all software, designs, and content are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data — we process it only to provide the service.

SendWay is provided "as is". We are not liable for: lost or damaged parcels (contact the courier); incorrect addresses provided by you; courier service failures; or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You can cancel your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for more than 12 months. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days.

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
