How the Shopify + DX integration works
SendWay connects your Shopify store to your DX courier account. Shopify orders are imported automatically, and DX labels can be generated using your own DX account number, service centre and credentials.
DX is a UK next-day delivery specialist, often used for heavier or bulkier items. SendWay's shipping rules can automatically route qualifying orders to DX based on weight or destination, so you don't have to manually select DX for each order.
When a DX label is created, the tracking number is pushed back to Shopify and the order can be fulfilled automatically. Multi-parcel DX consignments are supported — you can specify the number of parcels per order.
