How the Shopify + DPD integration works
SendWay links your Shopify store to your DPD account so that orders are imported automatically and DPD labels can be generated without leaving SendWay. You use your own DPD account number, service centre and credentials — no new contract required.
When a label is created, the DPD tracking number is pushed back to Shopify and the order can be fulfilled automatically. Your customers receive tracking updates through Shopify's normal notification system.
DPD is particularly well-suited to heavier or higher-value parcels, and SendWay's shipping rules can automatically route qualifying orders to DPD based on weight or order value.
